I gained over 40 lbs of lean muscle!

I decided to try End Result Fitness because I was eating foods I hate and spending over 8 hours a week in the gym and not seeing any results. I was able to gain over 40 lbs of lean muscle and have seen more results in the past 4-6 months than I did in 5 years on my own. I’m now eating foods I love and only working out 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each time. That’s less than 2 hours a week!
