"I like what I see in the mirror"
When I started training with Allan I weighed 193 lbs, which is a lot for my height. I felt disgusted with how I looked. Now I weigh in at 137 lbs. 56 lbs later and I feel great. I can run long distances, I am more flexible, and I really like what I see in the mirror.
Before I started training with Allan, I was unhappy with my self-image. Not only was I overweight but I had bad posture too. I tried working out on my own and, although I did gain muscle, I developed muscular imbalances which worsened my flexibility problems.
During our workouts Allan also put a lot of focus on training my muscles in a way that would give me better posture. Now I can sit up straight, my shoulders don’t fall forward, and my lower back doesn’t ache with stress pain.
I look forward to every workout because I know that I am furthering myself each time. I can set bigger goals for myself knowing that Allan is helping me achieve them.
What I like most about training with Allan is that over the months I have learned so much about health and fitness that I can make fitness choices on my own. Allan tells me a lot about fitness and health so that when I do my cardio workouts on my own I know how to workout properly. It’s like that Chinese proverb in that instead of just giving me the fish, he has taught me how to fish on my own.
