"I gained 40 lbs of muscle!"
After being a hockey player for so many years I knew it was time to take the next step to improve my performance. I did a bit of weight training at my school gym but I didn’t go enough. Every time that I had time to go I made up the excuse that I was too tired.
I began asking my friends, who were much bulkier than I was, how they did it. One of my friends told me that he was training at End Result Fitness. I figured I had nothing to lose - because I wasn’t getting anywhere myself – so I checked out their website to see what it was all about.
I sent Allan an e-mail and he guaranteed me that I could put on more muscle in no time. Why wouldn’t I try it out? We started training 3 times a week in the afternoons and within a few weeks I noticed that my arms looked bigger, my six-pack was starting to show, and I could now bench my body-weight.
Allan put me on a nutrition program that let me eat as much as I needed to (which is a lot) but I had to pick good stuff. This gave me so much more energy and helped me build muscle even faster.
Now when I’m on the ice I have more confidence heading into the corners. I can hold my own against the big fellas and I feel like a million bucks!
