Our bright, spacious private studio is located in the heart of downtown Ottawa on the 3rd floor of the Marriott Residence Inn.

Outfitted with the latest fitness equipment from Freemotion International and Reebok, End Result Fitness offers you the optimal environment needed for you to get maximum results.

All of our clients have access to change rooms, lockers, showers, and towel service. We provide you with bottled water to keep you hydrated during your workout! If you're not in a hurry after your workout you can relax in the sauna for as long as you like.
