Each question is based on what we have been asked during our fitness assessments.

Q. Why have a personal trainer?
A. An End Result personal trainer is a certified fitness professional who will motivate you to achieve results in a productive and safe way. Our trainers will customize your Results Program to fit your needs and fitness levels. As a team our trainers will keep your progress moving forward!

Q. Do I have to come in 5 times a week to see any results?
A. Definitely not.  Of course the more frequently you train the faster you will see results; however some of our most successful clients only train 2-3 times a week and still experience incredible results.

Q. Where are you located? How easy is it to get to your studio?
A. We are located at 161 Laurier Ave. West, within the Marriott Residence Inn. We are in between Elgin st. and Metcalfe st.. Our private studio is in the Marriott Health Club. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, turn right, and head towards the Marriott Health Club. You will see an End Result Fitness buzzer on the wall. Simply ring the buzzer to be let in.
There is a large amount of available parking all around our location.

Q. I have a crazy schedule. What are your hours?
A. Our hours are from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  With our 30 minutes sessions you can train before or after work, or even on your lunch break.

Q. Are 30 minute sessions really enough?
A. Our 30 minutes sessions will leave you feeling great.  You will not only have higher energy, but also you will have burned tons of calories. Our proven training techniques help to build muscle quickly, which in turn burns fat. This calorie burning effect continues throughout your day, long after your workout is finished. This way you achieve maximum results in a short amount of time.

Q. What kind of support does End Result Fitness offer?
A. During your sessions our trainers will provide you with health, fitness, and nutrition information to accelerate your results. As a client you also get access to our exclusive client only section where we have numerous resources available to you for use at home: workouts, recipes, exercise demos, and a healthy menu plan.

Q. On your program will I have to buy expensive specialty foods?
A. Definitely not!  We give you an easy to follow food plan that is manageable and affordable. All the foods on our recommended grocery list can be found at your local grocery or whole-food store. Most people find that once they make the switch to our healthy eating plan that their total food bill at the end of the month is less than before. Eating healthy doesn’t mean eating expensive!

Q. How much does a program cost?
A. The Results Program can be customized to fit any budget or lifestyle. No matter what your needs, we will customize a Results Program for you!
